Upon Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please check the box for any damage or problems. If there is any damage or missing items, or if the tape on the box has been opened, return the box to the delivery person without signing any delivery documents, requesting a damage report. If you fulfill this obligation, new products will be sent to you immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items in products whose boxes are damaged or whose contents are claimed to be incomplete.
